Filler with 2 heads

A low level twin head filling machine designed to pump a variety of hot soup with potato, vegetable and meat particulates, direct from a cooking vessel and accurately deposit into plastic pots on a continuous running slat conveyor. This filling machine was designed on a low level mobile frame, to be positioned directly underneath the conveyor for space saving purposes. It was part of a bespoke turnkey line, designed by Riggs Autopack, to include a lid press unit for tamper evident lids, labeller, coder, and rotary out-feed collation table.
