The high temperatures axial fan is designed and manufactured to work with extremely high process temperatures and it can be single-stage or double-stage.
The high temperature axial fan is mainly used in thermal processes or in cooling hot clusters, for example roller conveyors. The high temperature axial fan can be manufactured with the direct coupling technology if the fluid temperature does not exceed 110 ° C, while it can be built with the transmission technology for usages in which temperatures go up to 200 ° C.
The industrial fan is constituted by an embossed or welded (to a single flange or double flange) steel sheet case with drilling suitable for wall anchoring or anchoring between piping.
The impellers are supplied in die casted light alloy with airfoil shaped blades and assembled on the motor shaft. The angle of the impeller blades can be regulated for large models.
The impellers can be supplied in different materials where necessary, for example in stainless steel for the transport of aggressive fumes.
