Thanks to its years-long experience, Rimor is able to design and manufacture an axial or centrifugal roof exhaust fan for air suction at temperatures up to 100/110°C.
The high temperature roof exhaust fan was created to satisfy the need of manufacturers to install a fan with specific durability and resilience features.
The roof exhaust fan is made of galvanized sheet, painted iron or inox steel and it is equipped with a motor pedestal for the support of the control motor.
The impeller is lap jointed directly onto the motor shaft. The exhaust fan is equipped with a top caps made of galvanized sheet or inox steel allowing the intake of hot air with temperatures up to 100/110°C.
Specific attention is placed on the motor that must be built for special environments.
For high temperature roof exhaust fans it is possible to provide various accessories including: top caps with various inclinations, safety netting and gravity dampers (to protect the fan from bad weather and to prevent the escape of hot air when not in use). For the high temperature roof exhaust fans the integrated top caps allows the installation on roofs with inclination up to 20 ° with easy implementation for installation and avoids the need to create the support base by the customer.
