The Ecoline generator is our lightest and easiest to operate generator. It is used to operate ultrasonic hand units. Thanks to the plug-and-play functionality, the generator is ready for operation immediately. In test mode, the right amplitude level can be found initially; the setting is then saved and the unit switches to operation mode. Status and power LEDs indicate the status of the hand unit and the amount of power being used at the time during operation. The Ecoline generator works using plug and play. Simply connect the plug and get started. The ultrasonic generator will be ready for operation immediately. With continuous use, the horns may require cooling under certain circumstances. A connection has already been integrated onto the generator. A compressed air line has been integrated into the cable of the hand units. You can trigger the welding process using a button on the hand unit. It will remain active until you release the button. The Ecoline generator can be operated in continuous mode. The TEST button on the generator can be used to trigger the ultrasound for a few seconds. RINCO generators operate very reliably and have a long service life. The oscillation width is set using the amplitudes button. You can change the value for the amplitude between 40% and 100% in 10% increments to achieve the best possible welding or cutting result. An LED bar indicates the power in real time during the welding process. Thanks to the small but robust construction, the Ecoline fits on every workbench. A handle on the generator or a practical carrying case means that it can be transported safely.
