Description

The ultrasonic welding machines in the Standard series with pneumatic drive are ideal for welding, cutting and punching thermoplastic moulded parts, non-wovens and textiles as well as films, or for embedding metals in plastic. Standard models can be used for high-precision machining of parts made from plastic with designs of average complexity. With an adjustable travel measurement of 0.01 mm, these machines work very precisely and achieve accurate welding results. The option to store up to 32 parameter data sets ensures repeatability. Multi-level user administration controls permission to make changes to welding parameters, thereby increasing process reliability in operation. The Standard 3000 and Standard 745 are also available in versions with chrome steel housings and meet the high requirements expected of machines used in the medical sector. The Standard 3000 CR (CleanRoom) in particular is also certified to ISO class 6. We designed the Standard 50 ultrasonic welding machine for ultrasonic welding of plastics in the context of miniature applications. The operating frequency of 70 kHz produces accurate results even when welding on a tiny scale. The precision pressure regulator supports a pressure setting of 0.01 bar/psi and maintains constant pressure. Even welding applications on a tiny scale can be completed accurately, reliably and with repeatability.
