Steel is forged by heating it to a malleable state and applying localized compressive force to shape it to the desired form. To do this, Ring Mill uses the most modern equipment available, in a constant effort to obtain high-quality products that meet the customers’ increasingly demanding requirements.
The availability of ring-rolling mills, hydraulic presses, manipulators, forging furnaces and a wide range of complementary equipment gives us the ability to obtain rough-forgings with a shape already very similar to that of the finished product. This optimizes the material flow, enabling Ring Mill to obtain the best mechanical properties possible.
