The wheel-based restraint is integrated on the side of the platform, providing the ability to service liftgate vehicles. In addition, wheel guides and cylinder covers help ensure consistent, on-center trailer positioning for quick and efficient dock arrival. Wheel Guides are mounted on the drive-approach to the left and right-hand side of the trailer lift (with two additional guides mounted on the platform) to help navigate the back wheels onto the lift deck for accurate dock positioning. Expanded Working Height extends the range of trailer bed heights that can be serviced, providing forklift drivers with unobstructed entry to the trailer bed. Ideal for servicing vehicles that often run into obstruction issues, such as drop frame trailers. Integral Platform Wheel Guides are located at the back of the lift deck to help ensure proper alignment, enhance dock seal effectiveness, and protect the building. Global Wheel-Lok™ vehicle restraint is integrated on the right hand side of the trailer lift platform, utilizing the energy of the backing trailer to pivot the 20” high-strength steel locking arm into position. This helps provide guidance and security to trailers, while still allowing access for liftgates.
