The Prisma JIG is a compact socket welding machine from Ritmo. It is adequate for HDPE, PP and PP-R, PVDF, PB with outer diameters ranging from 20 - 126 mm. The welder displays a steel frame that functions to support the aligning body. This allows the machine to work in tight spaces after a quick releasing action of the frame. The PRISMA JIG is installed with two trolleys that are fixed and movable. It has practical closing handwheels to guarantee a proper grip between clamp and pipe/fitting. the machine also has steel auto-centering clamp that is designed for fitting, and another couple of paired clamps that is meant to keep the pipe in proper position. The machine works on temperatures ranging from 260° ± 10° C on socket, and with material diameters of 63 -125 mm.
