High speed circular knitting machine for the production of tubular knitted fabrics. Model A This machine has been especially drawn to use polypropylene yarns both multifilament and monofilament. Being the monofilament for cut pile effect (bouclé) and the multifilament for the base knit. Model B This machine has been drawn to use polyethylene Lurex yarns and metallic yarns. Model C This machine has been especially drawn to use cotton yarns. Model D This machine has been especially drawn to use steel, metallic and plastic yarns. Model E This machine has been especially drawn to use thick natural fibre yarns such as jute and sisal. Application: Sponges and other cleaning products. Including: • 3.3/4 inches cylinder diameter head and 100 needles. (Ref.93908750) • With 4 feeders. • A/C Motor of 0,5 HP 1.000 r.p.m. 220/380 V 50HZ 3PH. • Electronic frequency variator. • Take off on rolls, in the inferior part of the machine. • Attached creel for bobbins with incorporated tension devices for bouclé and back yarns. • Electronic stop motion for yarn breakage or empty bobbins. • System for the monofilament’s cut. • Photo-cell stop system to control maximum diameter of knitted roll. • Inside light to check production. • Security and protection device. • Electronic stop motion device in case of needle breakage. • Emergency and security stop.
