Modular cutting and stretching system from polyethylene film, to feed Raschel machines, crochet and circular warp knitting machines. • Double feeding system (TA 700 DRX – TA 700 DR). • Single feeding system (TA 700-S). • Double layer PE film (TA 700 DRX). • Double side cutting system (TA 700 DRX – TA 700 DR). • Single cutting system (TA 700-S). • Support for polyethylene rolls of maximum 1.000 mm. diameter and 700 mm. total width. • Cutting system adjustable according to width of each yarn. • Stretching unit by heating cylinder. • Automatic feeding system in one side for superior weft yarn. • Automatic feeding system of the inferior weft yarn. • Automatic feeding system of the inferior warp yarn. • Automatic feeding system in the other side for superior warp yarn. • Electronic temperature regulator. Heating can be adjusted from 80º up to 130ºC. Two regulating systems completely independent at both sides of the unit. • Waste edges are accumulated at both sides of the machine, directly in bobbins. They are separate for both film rolls. • Stretching operation is made by adjustable gear-motor. • Ratio of stretching can be adjustable from 1:1 up to 1:9,8. It can be adjusted independently on both sides. • Padder for the waxing of yarns. Equipment placed at the cutting and stretching system.
