Semi-automatic machine to finish the ends on shoe laces. The machine is used to finish any kind of shoe laces, corset laces, and other types of cords, with prepared foil of acetate in conjunction with acetone. Tagging and cutting are carried out automatically in one single operation, doing both edges simultaneously. For cords up to 1.80 mts. length (on request, we can provide lengths up to 2.80 Mt.). • 2 high power heating cartridges, each of 400 W. • Temperature from 0 to 300º C. • Brake motor of 0.5 HP. 220 / 380 V 50 Hz 3 Ph. • Interchangeable die depending on the diameter of the cords to finish. • To fix the cords it uses acetate and acetone. • The length of the cord is pre-determined in the machine by displacing axis. One die is included with the machine’s price. Its size will depend upon sample or customer specifications. Beside standard dies, we can supply, on request, special sizes of dies from 0,4 to 9,4 mm.
