Suitable for the warping of all natural or synthetic yarns, as well as their blends in all their counts. Designed to warp warping beams, back beams and knitting beams. • Maximum beam external width: 3.000 mm. • Maximum flange Diameter: 1.000 mm. (UC-1000) and 1.250 mm. (UC-1250). • Maximum warping speed: 1000 Meters/minute (according quality and type of yarn). • A/C motor of 25 HP. 220/380 V. 50/60 Hz. 3 Ph. (Power is calculated according type of yarn to be warped). • Electro-magnetic braking system on both warper heads. • Brakes activated through the emergency stop, yarn missing, meter pre-selection or security stop. • Linearly constant adjustable warping speed by electronic frequency inverter and PLC. • Security front doors. • Automatic beam loading and unloading device (doffing device). • V or ZIG-ZAG inlet reed.
