Automatic machine for the production of decorative pompons for trimming applications. For the garment, caps and trimming industry. Cutting system by circular standard knives, cutting all rolled yarns around a mandrel. Direct feeding with cones from creel. Pompom production of up to 6 to 8 colors, depending the cone distribution in creel. Free take off of the pompoms produced in the machine. Using various mandrels of different dimensions allowing to produce pompoms of various sizes. Machine dimensions: 1.115 mm. (L) x 830 mm. (W) x 1.270 mm. (H) Pompom can be spherical or semispherical according the number of turns selected. Revolutions counter to pre-adjust the quantity of turns. Tensioning device for knots.
