Yarn twisting machine ZAFFIRO

Completely electronic machine for the production of covered and twisted cords from 2 to 6 ends (each one),to be used in trimming and decorative products. Covering and twisting operations are made simultaneously. The core can be fed from any type of yarn, including regenerated yarn. For covering, it can be used synthetic, lurex, rayon or cotton yarn. Electronic central control PLC for visualisation, memorization and data programming to get the continuous control of: • Stretching system. • Final cord diameter, production and collecting device. • Count of yarn to be used in each spindle and for covering operation. • Speed and sense of twisters. • Electronic stop motion in case of breakage of covering yarns. • Additional device to cover cords of two ends ("Griffé" effect).
