We are also developing with our partners custom-made setting tools for vertical applications, suspended, hand-held or suitable for integration into fully automated assembly units. These custom-made assembly solutions are allowing rapid setting and a maximum operator comfort. These single or multiheaded tools are developed according to the rugged kit systems and modular components (head, pneumatic pressure intensifier, vibrating bowl, monitoring system), which can be combined separately (pressure, size, design) to meet specific requirements of the customer. This modular system ensures rapid and cost-effective custom-made solutions to set blind rivetnuts from M3 to M12.
