The semiautomatic filler machine with high vacuum is apropriate only for glass bottles. The semiautomatic filler machine RLCD2 is a small, solid and economical machine. It’s possible to locate it on 4 wheels in order to make the movement easier or on request on 4 feet with a structure of stainless steel and a base of PVC with height setting. The product is taken directly from tanks or containers. The exceeding liquid and the eventual froth of the product will be sucked into the filling valve and brought back into a recovery cylinder. When the cylinder is full, the suction pump switches off in order to spill the sucked product into a can (not supplied). A regulation valve can change the supply intensity of the product into the bottle; this is particularly useful for very frothy products.
