The semiautomatic capping machine RLP1, has been designed to close glass bottles with ’T’ caps with pressure made of cork or plastic . The head unit is assembled by 2 basic parts. The first part id the head which is specially designed, according to the shape of the bottleneck top; it is entirely made of stainless steel. The second part is designed according to the specific shape of the cap made of plastic material suitable for the sliding and suitable for food industrie. It keeps the cap centered on the bottle top, ready to be inserted. A rail with caps offers the possibility to work on a row by filling it manually. To activate the pressure to enter the ’T’ cap, you have to push simultaneously 2 bottons, as according to EU Regulation. The bottle placed on the plate traises to the head device to insert the ’T’ cap. In automatic mode the bottle returns to the start position, in order to remove the bottle and put a new one. It ispossible to install a hopper for feeding automatically the caps in the head device. DIMENSIONS: L 0.41m, W 0.41m, H 1.96m Weight 60kg approx 120kg version withautomatic hopper.
