Description

The purpose of the semi-automatic capper machine RLC1 is to lock the glass bottles with crown caps of the diameters 26 and/or 29mm. The closing system is usable just on a single size: 26 or 29mm diameter. If both sizes are used, it will be supplied an additional unit with the other format. The head, with the form of the used caps, is made of hardened steel and guarantees high standards in the time. The capper has also a reduction tray for each size of caps and made of 304 stainless steel. Its function is to contain a minimal quantity of caps that will be inserted manually. The closure unit captures the cap from the tray and inserts it in the closing cone automatically. It is possible to install a vibrating hopper for feeding automatically the caps. According to the CE regulation, the closing of the crown cap cycle starts pressing 2 push-buttons. When the machine is working, you have just to put the bottle on the support; the plugging group is sinks on the bottle and forms the capper. Automatically at the end of the cycle, the plugging column returns to the start position, it is now possible to remove the bottle and to put a new one.
