The SEMIAUTOMATIC QUADRIBLOCK assembles in a single machine the functions of bottles rinser, filling, corking and wire-hooding.
It is suitable for the bottling in glass containers with a diameter ranging from 55 to 115 mm and a maximum height of 375 mm.
The isobaric filler is suitable for the bottling with effervescent drinks and, on demand, with still drinks.
As to the effervescent drinks, the filling of the product obtained through the Classical method/Champenoise method (fermentation of the wine in the bottle) is to be excluded. In fact with this method it is necessary to use another machine that can perform the disgorging, dosifying (additon of the liqueur) and final leveling (machine available on demand).
Therefore, the filler is suitable to fill products obtained according to the Charmat method (fermentation of the wine in tanks/autoclaves), and other products such as cider, beer, etc.
According to the product to be bottles, the machine can be equipped with the pre-evacuation option (creation of the vacuum in the bottle before the filling) (at cost , see Options).
After adding fittings and electro-valves to every single valve, the pre-evacuation is obtained bringing the bottle in compensation with the filling valve, after that a vacuum pump sucks the air contained in the bottle.
