PTFE film coated surface is smooth, and has a good chemical resistance , film PTFE to the surface layer of other filter materials, so that it can collect all the dust trapped on the surface of membrane to achieve surface filtration; and because of smooth surface, it has an excellent chemical stability, non-ageing, and hydrophobic property, so that interception of the dust is easy to peel and to improve the service life of filter materials. The material of PTFE Film coated is compared with the ordinary filter material, its advantages are as follows: 1. the size of membrane pore between 0.2 ~ 3μm, the filtration efficiency is close to 99.99%, almost zero-emissions. After cleaning process that the porosity does not change, dust removal efficiency continues to be maintained. 2. As the filter material film coated, the pressure loss is higher than the ordinary filter material at the beginning of use, and, its pressure loss has only a small change when it is in working process; but, as a ordinary filter material, the pressure loss will be increased continually when it is in working process. 3. In dust removal process, the dust is easy to enter into the inner of ordinary filter material, and the accumulation of dust will increase more and more, the aperture of filter material will be blocked to not be used. But, the material of PTFE Film coated don’t like this, the dust is easy to clear away from the surface of dust filter bag. So,its advantages are in good cleaning effect, long cycle, the use of cleaning low pressure intensity to clean. thereby ,extending the service life of filter bag , reducing the cost.
