The raw material of P84 high temperature needle filter felt is from Austria Lenzing company's Inspec Fibers polyimide fiber. The filter material has the following three significant features : 1. Significant Temperature Resistance Continuous operating temperature of 260 ℃, with a safe temperature range to cope with the downtime and accidents. 2. Good chemical resistance In the past ten years, the process of waste incineration has been confirmed that P84 filter bag has a good value for the filtration of acid waste gas and alkaline dust. 3. Low backflushing pressure and High-elastic filter cake efficiency As the material characteristics of P84, the fineness of fiber is remarkable, but also because of the irregular cross-section of the fiber surface area to maximize ,and, the fiber has a lot of tiny pores, the surface filtration is better than the depth of filtration. The dust only stay on the surface of the filter felt and can not penetrate into the filter felt, so, the backflushing pressure is small and elastic filter cake efficiency can be improved remarkably, and the fine powder collection efficiency is quite excellent ,the operating pressure difference is small.
