It is designed for a variety of robot applications, and it is available for a number of robots and connections. Using this safety module, the tool changer will not open – independent of control siugnal from the robot controller – unless it is empty or, alternatively, when the tool changer (TC) with tool attachment (TA) is in a safely docked position in a tool stand.
