RODER presents LTM-1000 the new non-contact measuring systems for the measurement of thickness and width with LASER technology. Used in all applications requiring an economical and easy to use system, LTM-1000 allows you to measure the thickness or width of continuous or discontinuous materials through laser light sources. The measurement occurs without contact and allows for dimensional controls also on moving materials, easily deformable materials or non-measurable with the traditional techniques of measurement in contact. The measurement can be directly displayed on the instrument and can be generated programmable alarm thresholds or analog signals proportional to the measurement. Through a cable or a wireless connection acquisition you can transfer data to a remote data acquisition system or a giant display. The system LTM-1000 can be connected to the software package DATASINK 100 for the automatic acquisition of measurements and alarms. DATASINK 100 can be supplied with the remote monitor display REDAM for the remote control of the process.
