Double metal sheet detector E20

The E20 is a double sheet detector especially used for metal sheets and ferrous materials. The calibration does not have sheet samples. The device can be programmable in 255 different sheet thickness. It monitors over gauge, under gauge limits, operating voltage and measurement time. The device uses PLC interface. A fieldbus interface such as Profibus, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Interbus, CANopen, Profinet, CC-Link, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP can be optionally available. The series can be connected using one or 4 sensors. The device is applied in vacuum de-stacker, robot loader and press feeder. The material used on the series has a steel thickness of 0.1 to 12mm. it uses a single probe double sheet detection in measuring. Four double sheet sensors with the same type can be connected to the device.
