The L20 model is a double sheet detector for metal sheets. It is engineered to perform automatic monitoring procedures that protect stamping presses and other equipment against damage due to multiple sheet feeding. This machine is characterized by its zero maintenance application and self-monitoring capabilities. Additional features have been incorporated into this measuring system ensuring a fault-less system that experiences little to no down time. It is specially designed to be suited for magnetic feeder systems that possess limitless velocity and is connected with a maximum of three pairs of sensors in a single unit. The L20 offers an optimized measuring process and is integrated with a digital display that indicates the thickness of the sheet as well as the operational parameters.
