The external structure is made of stainless steel panels with sound absorbing inner lining for noise reduction. It is available in two versions, both with Evolution System Press for self regulating tablet weight control. It can have a control panel with touch screen connected to a steerable mechanical arm or it can have a separate control panel, should the client prefer to keep it separate from production area. The 39 tools version, thanks to its high compression force, has been designed in order to produce large diameter tablets up to 25 mm and effervescent tablets. For the production of effervescent tablets a gravitational feeder is set up together with a lubrication kit for hole die. For highly adhesive products a magnesium stearate kit is available.
