Using zero-crossing triggered circuit,the thyristor turns on when the AC power supply voltage crosses zero and the load current is turned off after the input signal is subsequently deactivated. The imported glass-passivated junction square thyristor chips,electrically isolated and thermally conductive DBC ceramic substrates,elastic polysiloxance gel and epoxy resin are used ,so the performace of module is grater stable and the operation of the module is more reliability. High power,the output rated RMS current is up to 1000A,the VDRM and VRRm are up to 3600V. The insulation test voltage VISO between the input,outpu terminals and copper base is >2.5KV(RMS),the phototriac coupter is used to isolate the input from output,the isolating voltage between the input terminal s is up to 7.5KV.
