The OmniTRADE-B, built to the same exacting mechanical standards as the OmniTRADE but with fewer features to provide a more cost effective but still capable commercial lift system that is suitable for mounting onto a body builder prepared frame and is available in two variants; 2.2m or 2.5m wide. Hand loading of bulky items is a breeze by specifying the optional full width hopper plate that lowers with minimal effort, covering the bin lift comb to provide genuine ‘open back’ hand loading. Maintenance and whole life costs are kept to a minimum through the use of low maintenance bearings and stainless steel axles. The OmniTRADE-B benefits from our experience of the unique conditions that a harsh environment brings to collection operations and is available in two key variants, the OmniTRADE-BH and the OmniTRADE-BE. In standard BH trim, the OmniTRADE-B is operated by a simple, yet effective, hydraulic lever and comes complete with DIN pick up arms to enable handling of 1100 liter 4-wheel containers with trunnions. Innovative design features such as the use of plastic supports and rubber fenders reduce container damage during lifting operations; The enhanced BE specification offers a more sophisticated Compact Controller, has Intelligent Speed Selection for Domestic Containers and offers Weighing and RFID preparation as an option. Other options include a EN840.1 container comb, lid opener and soft lift operation .
