RotaChrom’s iCPC platform is the largest commercially available Centrifugal Partition Chromatography instrument in the world. Designed for industrial-scale purification projects in continuous batch operation mode, this device is by far the most cost-effective industrial-scale chromatography platform available on the market. It has the capacity to process hundreds of kilograms of crude input material per month. The iCPC uses similar technical features as our pilot-scale system, the rCPC. Nonetheless, it maintains the same relative load and resolution capabilities. Furthermore, the iCPC is designed to operate in an industrial environment. It is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) unit, which enables system finetuning and the aligned functioning of multiple devices. Upon request, the iCPC can be operated as a standalone instrument as well as in clusters, or extended with a fully integrated solvent handling system.
