ROTEX 2 port, 3 port direct acting solenoid valves, normally closed, are used for hot water and steam, with pressures up to 6 bar, orifice sizes of 3 or 1.8 mm, operating temperatures up to 130 °C, with port connections of 1/4" or 1/8" BSP (F). They are made out of brass, with guide assembly, inserts and fasteners out of stainless steel variants 304 or 430. They also feature bubble tight shut-off, mounting in any position, vibration resistance up to 9g, speeds up to 600 cycles/min and over 10 million cycles. They also contain a weather proof IP 67 enclosure.
