Rotork product range includes a unique range of pressure intensifiers for topside and subsea applications. The innovative designs can boost pressure by a factor of up to 7 without external power, operating with any water-based or mineral / synthetic oil-based fluid. Inlet pressures up to 420 bar (6,000 psi) and outlet pressure up to 1,380 bar (20,000 psi). Once the required high pressure is achieved, the pressure intensifier maintains it without consumption of fluid. Any pressure leak is automatically corrected. - Ratios from 2:1 to 10:1 - Topside and subsea versions - Suitable for mineral or synthetic oils – or with any water / glycol mix - Extensive qualification testing at pressures of 207 to 1,000 bar (3,000 to 14,500 psi) to approximately 500,000 cycles
