The Roxane conveyors are fixed transport equipment allowing the automated transports of all types of material, production tanks or packaging between the different workstations and equipment. Conveyor control tools organize and secure the movements performed. Available in chain, roller or strip version, as well as an extra flat version. CONCEPTION Thanks to an industrial-grade construction, entirely made of 304 or 316 stainless steel, the conveyors have a very low energy consumption of 600 to 800 Watt/h in continuous operation, allowing a more economical and ecological production. They can be perfectly integrated into any process because of their modular and customisable design combining the following elements : dimensions, capacity, round-trip operations, automatic speed variations, automatic tracking decision making. Material available in ATEX version. ORGANISATION & SETUP The combined use of recognition systems (barcodes, datamatrix, QR codes), automatic shuttles, lifts and automatic storage robots allow the complete automation of the routing and storage processes of your production process.
