Efficient processing of small series and batch sizes he new fully automatic machine VA 120 is suitable to cut lengths of round, square and rectangular tubes as well as solid bars with diameters up to 120 mm. The cutting angle is adjustable between 90 and 45 degrees. The solid construction of the machine makes it durable and allows for continuous use. Different modes and programs for the fully and semi automatic process increases the versatility of the machine. In the fully automatic mode the machine cuts orders without the need of an operator, cutting a predetermined number of pieces of different lengths from 6m stock lengths of tubes, sections and bar. Additionally it is possible to enhance the feeding of the machine with a loading magazine to transport tubes automatically.
