RASAMAX DUO Sheet deburring machine/sheet was exclusively design to debur straight sheet metal edges. The machine is integrated with two counter-rotating deburring brushes on two offset levels. This makes it possible to simultaneous deburring on the lower and upper edge of the sheet, which makes it easy for the operator because he saves 50% time. The operation is quite simple because the workpiece is placed in the roller table and moved along the lay-on edge and the high performance brushes. If there are any razor sharp sheet edges, they are quickly rounded, without the need for secondary burr or material removal.
