RUBI has designed diamond double row grinding cups to obtain the best performance in all roughing jobs on concrete surfaces. The double row diamond grinding cups allow the roughing of surfaces and the grinding of edges in concrete. The degree of roughness left by these grinding cups is high and the working speed is higher than in a standard grinding cup, thanks to the double row of diamond segments. The sintered segments are fixed to the high-performance steel body of the grinding cup by the laser welding technique, which is the strongest and most resistant. This steel body has a series of holes to facilitate the evacuation of the remains of roughing material and increase the cooling of the diamond grinding cup. The RUBI diamond grinding cups for the roughing of concrete, have been designed for use with a grinder, so they have a connection of Ø 22.2 mm. The elimination of burrs or defects in concrete formwork, or the elimination of coatings such as: bituminous layers, epoxy, paint or simply improving the flatness of the surface on which we are working, are the most common uses we can give to diamond double crown grinding cups. In addition, because of its small size, and the possibility of mounting them in a traditional grinder, they are ideal for working both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
