A monoconstituent lacquer for tribologicalo surface coatings. In consists of a fast-drying lacquer with a carful emulsified high-purity-electrographite (HG045). This product forms a permanent lubricating surface. The lubricant is bound in a lacquer coating. Characteristics: surface: dark gray densitiy: ca. 1,05 g/cm³ drying process: depending on the layer thickness dry to touch after 3 h, completely dry after 24 h at 20 °C, 60% relative humidity spreading capacity: 1L depending on the application type and layer thickness is enought for 8-10 m² per coating storage: store frost-proof storage duration: in closed containers, max. 6 months pretreatment: all surfaces all surfaces have to be free of rust, contamination, and grease Coating You can coat the surfaces by brushing, spraying or dipping.
