Ruland TW:MC-10H-1.80 is a slip type torque screwdriver with with a 1/4" hex drive size. It is preset at the factory to 1.80 lbs-in (0.20 Nm) of allowable torque. Upon reaching the specified torque value of 1.80 lbs-in (0.20 Nm), the torque wrench automatically releases and resets. This prevents tightening above the preset value, even with continued turning. The screwdriver is ideal for low seating torque applications where the user can turn it by hand and feel it slip. The knurled handle makes it easier for the user to grip in operating environments with oil, coolant, or other lubricants. TW:MC-10H-1.80 is manufactured by Seekonk Precision Tools in Massachusetts from chrome plated alloy steel for durability and longevity in industrial environments. It is made in accordance with Federal Specification MIL-STD-45662A and comes standard with an NIST traceable certification. Periodic calibration is required depending on frequency of use.
