The tenderizer, with its 180 micro-cuts per square decimetre, cuts the meat fibres to tenderize the meat without ruining it. It can be used for tenderizing slices of raw or cooked meat, but is not suitable for use with for meat containing bones or frozen meat.
The machine, which is equipped with a gear transmission and easily removable stainless steel blades, complies with the strictest EC safety standards.
The machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, does not require special servicing and is easy to clean.
