ORION is a heavy duty machine and motors controller, available in different voltages and configurations. The power stage is capable to control up to 5 motors separately, while the high-speed microprocessor can manage several I/Os, and communicates via CANBUS with other devices. ORION has been designed for large ride-on floor care machines and uses the last IMS technology to provide efficient and optimal battery usage. Main Features: Compatible with electromechanical controls or CANbus systems and accessories. Flexible analog and digital I/Os ensure high level of customization. Regenerative braking technology converts each stop into additional battery range. ECO technology extends battery life and reduces machine noise during operations. Pumps and electrovalves embedded control system allows precise products dosing. Embed a solid-state brushes and squeegee actuators control system up to 9A, with APC or PSM technology that remove the needs of additional control boards. Embed high intensity buzzer for machine signaling removes the need of additional expensive hardware and cabling. Safety stop function, OPC dedicated input and software safety checks prevent wrong machine usages and ensure improved operators safety. Smart Motor and board monitoring system ensures protection on under/over voltage, short-circuit, polarity inversions, controller over-temperature. On-board high-current (100A) contactor eases OEMs cabling procedure while dedicated external contactor output allows to manage extra loads up to 200 Amps. Programmable with Motion Manager PC and APP to unlock endless customizations.
