COMPOSITE STRAP Line is the latest technology developed by SIMA to support customer needs in delivery the full range of packaging commodities to the final market. Composite strapping tape is a PP tape with embedded PET multifilament yarn with a superb shock absorption, lightness and re-tensionability suitable to secure different product shape and dimensions. Further it is easy and safe to be used and thanks to the soft skin does not damage the good packed with guarantee of breaking load up to more than 1.600Kg (34mm strap). SIMA product range covers the full set of strap dimensions requested on the market from the lightest 13mm up to the strongest 34mm width. Suitable for parallel winding of plastic strap in line with extrusion, the winder based on program set, can take up strap from 4 up to 32mm width. The VBW basic version can have one or two mandrel allows a quick manual package swap in seconds. The automatic version VBW A has a modular and compact design for permanent automatic operation in line with extrusion.
