A·S·T·A eismann GmbH has expanded the area of cooking technology and delivers also tipping cooking vessels, which have been established in many areas oft he food industry since 2014.
We have two different variations in the delivery program: on the one hand type HK as a horizontally lying cooking vessel with an useful capacity of of 400 to 1,200 l and on the other hand type SK as a cylindrical standing container with an useful capacity of 100 to 500 l.
Gentle and Adjustable
Both tipping cooking vessel types are ideal for cooking and have a jacket (HK max. 13 bars/195°C, SK Max. 10 bar/183°C), which can be divided with regard to product quantities.
Gentle, adjustable agitators, which work with magnetic pre-stressed deflectors (no springs!)
Tiltable hydrauliclly/electromechanically depending on size
With hydraulically/mechanically hinged cap and pluggable filter for founding of liquids
Also with direct steam nozzles or nitrogen nozzles for direct heating/cooling
With manual or electronic control
