Mobile bag compactor

It's the perfect accessory of manual/automatic cutting and emptying systems, automatic horizontal screw compactors for empty packaging. Baler compactor is loaded in the upper side and it compacts the product inside a palletised liner. It guarantees good powders containment during disposal. A motorised drum turns in a continuous way and strongly presses the bags on the bottom, where a pallet has been previously placed. Inside the equipment, which can be opened from the front, it’s possible to place the pallet and a polythene bag to collect and then extract the bale. This system is also good for compacting a large amount of empty bags. Compacting ratio can amount to the highest value of 10:1 achieving remarkable saving on packaging transport and disposal.
