Industrial folding door with floor truck with side pack and motor made up of vertical leaves , of various sizes, interconnected one to each other by means of hinges and sealed with safety epdm rubber seal guards. Sliding by means of steel four wheels trolleys featuring dust preventing ball bearings. Upper guide in profiled steel painted in black colour. Particularly suitable for medium and large rooms for both commercial and industrial applications. The installation requires a load bearing lintel supporting the door weight. The upper guide is anchored to the wall. No locking bar device is foreseen as standard in this door featuring the motor. In order to avoid water infiltrations it is necessary to grant the correct gradient to the external floor and foresee the installation of grids outside.
