A multitask filler designed for the processing of perfume in glass bottles or metal cans DESCRIPTION This multitask filler is made for the processing of alcoholic products in glass bottles or metal cans. Precise Liquid filling is adjusted by a vacuum system. A 20 station indexer integrates in a single machine all the functions for filling, pick-up & drop-off system of pump (valve), all the stations for crimping, snapping and expanding of valves. Format change is fast and simple. We bring your production tool a flexible solution. FUNCTIONS FILLING • 1 station to detect empty bottles at the entry of the machine —> Filling height: non-constant neck —> On emptying mode, pucks are automatically blocked by a pneumatic cylinder at the entry. • 1 station to detect puck and bottle • 5 stations for filling process fitted with counter for particular settings • 1 station of overdose • 1 station to vacuum air and overflow, liquid level is detected to be harmoniously adjusted SEALING • 1 station to check incoming of pump or valve in supply compartment • 1 station for pick-up & drop-off of sealing component (crimping or snapping pump , valve) —> For crimping pumps:—> For snapping pumps:—> For valves: 1 pre-crimping station1 pre-snapping station1 expanding station + 1 crimping station + 1 snapping station
