This automatic rotative indexed machine is perfect for labelling bottle bottoms. Bottles in pucks arrive on a conveyor. No matter the shape, labels are applied carefully and precisely.
Design features
• COLLAMAT 8600 labelling head
• Adjustment of head on 3 orthogonal axes
• Settings fitted with counters 1 Locking cylinder for bottles during label application
• Mobile label dispenser system and centering of label on the labelling nose with compensation (pre-centering of label on nose)
• OMRON PLC and display
• Electrical supply: 400 V, 50 Hz + Neutral
• Absorbed power: 1,5 kW
• Label detection sensor
• Rejection conveyor for not-compliant products
• Integrated electrical cabinet
• Production speed: 45 bottles per minute
