Typical chemical composition of the spherical powder used is following: Cu 88 - 89 % Sn 10 -11 % P 0.2 - 0.5 % Powder is yellow/brown with a fusion point 1000 °C, flaming point 700°C and density 5.8 ÷6 fr/cm3 Our products are as resistant to corrosion as fused bronze with similar analysis, can take a working temperature 150°C (in neutral environment over 400°C) and are resistant to traction 3÷5 kg/mm2. Air flow rates vary depending on the diameter of the spherical particles composing the powder and thickness of the filter (or silencer). Filtering grade is comprised between a minimum of 5 micron to a max. of 120 micron.
