The Xenius XL by Safas S.A. is a Microplate luminometer which feature its exceptional performance and evolutivity. For this model, it has an innovative technology which is fitted with a 100% AIR technology and high sensitivity photon counting photomultiplier. With these functioanl device, it is able to count a single photon up to 70 Mcps. Also, it boasts its feature having a low cross-taking which is typically 10-5 on 96 wells microplates. Plus, it can do 2 variations of reagents in a measurement position. With this tool, the operation can achieve bioluminescence spectra on each of its individual well with either automatic data processing or using cuvettes. Plus, it has a scanning speed of 7000 nm/minute which is compatible for automatic data processing functions.
