Description

Packaged products are subject to severe horizontal compression forces when mechanically handled at different points in the supply chain. In adittion, packages are exposed to these forces during automatic warehousing, used by many e-commerce and parcel companies. Safe Load Testing Technologies, has created the innClamp family, in order to measure the protective capability of product packages, components, and materials to resist these compressions, validating the loads before they face real distribution cycle. The package clamp tester is available in two different designs depending on the package dimensions; from 400 up to 2000 mm with a maximum load weight of 500 kg. Due to its structure, the clamp tester could test a clamping force up to 10000N with a load accuracy of ±5%, in a consistent rate movement to apply uniform compression on the load. Both designs, SF-CL1200 and SF-CL200, are electrical machines, with a touch screen controller that allows an intuitive use. Clamp tests supported > ISTA 6-AMAZON.COM > ISTA 6-SAMSCLUB Technical specifications > Electric machine. > Package dimension from 500 up to 2.000 mm. > Clamping plate height 1.000 mm. > Clamping force up to 10.000 N. > Load weight up to 500 kg. > Load accuracy: ±5%. > Vertical working stroke up to 500 mm. > Constant rate movement to apply compression. > Touch screen controller.
