SAM VD 12510 Semi-Automatic Filling and Packaging Line fills ready-made paper packages with flat bottoms. It fills fine and coarse powdered products precisely in the screw system. It includes a perfect structure, a powerful driver, large product hopper, special dosing screw and precise control units. Machine sensitivity can be adjusted for products that can be weighed. The weighing process of the machine is realized by pressing the foot pedal after the machine operator prepares the package and holds it to the filling mouth. Then the packages come to the bag closing machine and the mouth is closed with hot glue. Finally, the dates of the packages coming out of the bag closing machine are automatically discarded and the packages move towards the automation shrink machine. In the shrink machine, the packages are grouped and shrinked. TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS: * Fills 1Kg, 2Kg and 5Kg flat-bottom, ready-made paper packages. * It fills fine and coarse powdered products (flour, starch etc.) with precision. * There is a 200 Kg stainless silo on the machine.
