Fully Automatic Filling and Packing Line with Double Filling Unit is the line that automatically takes, fills and packs powdery and granular products in the same machine with flat-bottom ready-made paper packages. The filled packages move towards the bag closing machine on the band. In the bag closing machine, the excess paper is cut, the first fold is made, the last fold is made with hot glue and it comes out of the machine with the mouth closed. The dates of the packages coming out of the bag closing machine are automatically discarded and the packages move towards the bundle shrink machine. In the shrink machine, the packages are grouped and shrinked. TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS: * Screw and volumetric system is used for filling powdery and granular products such as flour and semolina. * Fills 1Kg, 2Kg and 5Kg flat-bottom, ready-made paper packages. * All control is done from touch PLC screen. * There is automatic lubrication in the whole system. * There is a dust suction system on the filling system. * There is a stainless silo of 200 Kg for powdery products and 50 Kg for filling granular products on the machine. * There is a speed-adjustable vibration system. PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR PACKAGING: Flour, starch, milk powder, plaster, cement, cocoa powder, semolina, granular sugar, salt, rice, spices, couscous, bulgur, barley, oat flakes etc. CAPACITY: -For 1 kg: max 40 bags/minute; -For 2 kg: max 26 bags/minute; -For 5 kg: max 12 bags/minute.
